The Commander Lite + Pack Bag is a combination of the Commander Lite freighter frame and a 47-liter pack. It features a unique lashing system that securely holds meat for long hauls, along with three extension lashing straps for extra capacity. The lightweight aluminum frame makes the pack strong yet light, and the Hypalon lashing points provide additional external storage. The lashing panels all have full length zippered pockets with interior mesh pockets for additional gear. The shoulder harness has an adjustable torso range of 17"–23" and the padded waist belt and shoulder straps make it comfortable to wear. The waist belt can also accommodate clip-style holsters to securely carry a handgun.

With a full-length front zipper that extends through the lid, you can access gear no matter where it is inside your pack. The convenient drop-down weapon holder makes it easy to carry your rifle, and the double stretch pockets on each side, along with additional lashing points, ensure that there is room for all your gear. The Commander Lite + Pack Bag also includes a webbing system to reattach your pack bag when hauling extra gear with your frame. The pack bag can attach to the frame while it is loaded down. It is fully equipped with a mesh back band, rain cover, side spotting scope pocket, two side compression straps with a drop-down gun boot, double pockets on each side of the pack, and a waist belt that accommodates clip-style holsters.

The pack weighs 6 lbs. 11 oz. and has a capacity of 47L/2850 in³, with a torso range of 17" – 23" and a waist belt length of 31" - 53". Anodized cotter and clevis pin design for easy adjustability.
